1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or orders above a specified amount during promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number (where available) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most serviceable areas across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

7. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unavailable, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Alpha Kids is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution as soon as possible.

10. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • High order volumes

  • Events beyond our reasonable control
