Refund policy

At Alpha Kids, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality toys and products for children. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and original tags are included.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used toys

  • Products with missing parts or packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the package (if damaged)

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another agreed payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange products if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item is defective.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Alpha Kids will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure.
